Over 200 people came through, and the majority weren’t developers or engineers by trade. They were sales, ops and GTM people who’d never call themselves “builders” but showed up anyway, picked a real workflow problem, and had a go.</p><p>Together with <strong>Singtel</strong>, <strong>Manus</strong>, <strong>Vapi</strong>, <strong>SMU</strong> and <strong>Mem0</strong>, we set four challenges built around the everyday grind of go-to-market and operations work: the meetings that eat your day, the customers you haven’t researched properly, the founders who go quiet after Demo Day, the memory every AI tool seems to lack. Notes are patchy, recordings go unwatched, summaries get written hours later once the context has already faded.</p><p>MeetingBuddy fixes this in real time, not after the fact. It transcribes live speech, generates paragraph-by-paragraph summaries as the conversation happens, and automatically turns any statistic mentioned out loud into an interactive chart, all synced live across every participant in the room through a shareable link. Just Say, Ah! is a voice-first sales prep copilot that turns scattered customer context into a 60-second spoken briefing, plus live Q&A, so reps get briefed the way a sharp colleague would brief them minutes before the call. Biks.AI automates lead generation and sales outreach, using Manus, Mem0 and Exa to research prospects and customise the approach at scale. It picked up 29 likes on the platform, the most of any project in the room, a good sign that this one solved a problem a lot of people recognised immediately.</p><div><hr></div><h3>The Real Win: The Community</h3><p>Hackathons are never really about the prizes. They’re about the messy middle, the point where a room full of strangers with different day jobs start swapping ideas, debugging each other’s builds, and pushing each other to ship something real in far less time than feels comfortable.</p><p>That’s exactly what happened in Singapore. Non-technical builders sat next to engineers. Sales people learned to prompt. Ops people learned what’s actually possible with a voice agent or a memory layer.
